Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• The deposit amount will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your service.
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice — your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited.

Guests & Atmosphere

• To maintain a calm and focused environment, no guests or children are permitted in the treatment area.
• We kindly ask that you silence your phone during your visit to ensure a peaceful experience for all.

Health & Eligibility

• Please inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before your appointment.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using active skin treatments (Retin-A, Accutane, etc.), please consult before booking.

Payment

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the service.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle.
• All sales are final — services are non-refundable.
